The PPR Difference 

Injury risk prevention, sport performance, and recovery optimization constitute the three-tier approach to what makes this training experience unique.

The approach stems from Tara’s education and experience in athletic training and strength and conditioning. Building foundational strength is vital to decreasing the risk of injury— at any age or fitness level.

Sport performance based workouts for current athletes or former athletes who want to gain strength, power, and/or build their body by adding lean muscle mass.

Recovery optimization ties it all together. You will learn the proper ways to increase your performance levels and enhance your physique by maximizing your recovery through proper sleep, hydration, and nutrition (to name a few).
