solar prana- sunlight

Sun is light and heat giving us energy. Sunbathing, sun-gazing and drinking water charged or exposed to sunlight are all good ways to absorb it for our bodies benefit.


Air prana- breath work

We absorb air through breathing and through the chakras or energy centers in our etheric body. We can absorb it through the pores on our skin, but the easiest way to do it is through deep, slow, rhythmic breathing in nature.

Try the 4-7-8 method: Sit with your eyes closed, breath in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, then exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds. Reflect on how precious & powerful one single breath is.


ground prana- Grounding practices

Ground Prana exists in the ground. It can be absorbed through the minor chakras or pressure points located on the soles of our feet. A simple way to do it is walking barefoot on the ground.

Another way of grounding can be done by gratitude journaling which places us in the present moment instead of in the future or past that we tend to live in.


other energy practices

Energy of gravity, the pull of the moon on the ocean creates high tide and low tide. Gravity is a magnetic pull.

Energy of sound. Sound emits wavelengths that can effect our own energy output. Through sound energy and sound waves, we feel the vibrations in our body. This is why music is a universal language understood by all.
