“Why?” is the most powerful & introspective question you can ever ask yourself. If you do not know WHY you are doing something, you may become a mindless meat sack roaming the Earth like your Roomba. I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the truth.

Connecting to your own personal “why” is the first step in self-empowerment and sustainable change.

When you’ve identified your goal, ask yourself why is this goal/habit/lifestyle important to you?
Who will you become when you’ve accomplished this goal?
How will accomplishing this goal make you feel?
