Let’s create a new lifestyle, one where you feel better, are more confident, have more energy, and are ready to take on whatever comes your way in life—
Step By Step SUCCESS…
1#) Calculate your macros or have PPR ELITE make your custom plan for you!

#2) Start by choosing a lean protein (serving sizes we recommend are 3-6 oz).
This includes:
Chicken Breast
Ground Beef (90/10 or even lesser fast)
Ground Turkey or Chicken (90/10 or lesser fat)
Greek Yogurt (170g serving size, vanilla or plain. We love the brand Oikos!)
Choose turkey bacon over pork bacon (less fat & better for heart health!)
Egg whites (add yolks for more fat, also still healthy!!)
Salmon (can be a bit higher in fat, but still a deliciously great choice!)
White fish
Tofu/Seitan/Vegan lunch-meats/Legumes (if you are vegan/vegetarian)
Fairlife Milk (any variety 8oz serving) + Whey Protein Powder (a brand we love: NutraBio)
#3) Then choose a carbohydrate(s) (serving size depends on your OWN macros/activity level)
This includes:
Sweet Potatoes
Regular Potatoes
White or Brown Rice
Bread (sliced bread, soft shell tortillas, english muffins)
Oatmeal
Cereal
Pancakes/Waffles
Pasta
Legumes (Beans, peas, lentils) (also high in protein & fiber!!)
Don’t Forget about Fruits and Veggies (most are also a carb & fiber source):
Strawberries
Blueberries
Spinach
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Peppers
Green Beans
Bananas
Apples
Oranges/Clementines
Kiwi’s
Cherries
Grapes
(these are just our favorites)
#4) Any gaps in dietary fat remaining can be added by choosing from:
Oils (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, macadamia nut oil)
Avocados (our favorite to add to sandwiches or on top of rice/sweet potatoes bowls)
Mayo
Nuts/nut butters like Peanut, Almond, & Cashew
Seeds
Whole olives
**Try to limit animal by-product fats and butters as they will be higher in trans fat which are not heart healthy.
Remember that food is your fuel but should also be something you enjoy! Not everything should be hyper-palatable BUT that’s not to say you shouldn’t live a flexible lifestyle and enjoy life :)
